Spencer Stuart

Spencer Stuart is a leading executive search consulting firm who required a complete refurbishment of their new office situated in the Gateway Building within the Sydney CBD. Choice Projects was engaged to deliver on an excellent interior fitout which was executed to the highest quality. Interior works comprised of special perforated metal partitions and ceilings, switchable glass and double glazed partitions to meet the project’s high acoustic specifications.

Diageo Head Office

Diageo is the world’s leading premium drinks distributor with a diverse collection of beverage alcohol brands. Their new head office features a vibrant and practical design with unique joinery and lighting work at play. Choice Projects ensured a smooth delivery on this project by handling the interior fitout comprising of partitions, doors and timber vaulted ceilings.

MLC Centre

The MLC Centre fitout and base building refurbishment is an award winning project that was carried over levels 50 – 52. Choice Projects was responsible for looking after the partitions, ceiling and doors within this project which were all meticulously carried out to the highest quality. The project itself received an ward for excellence in construction.

Medica Centre

The Medica Centre is a private hospital which consists of nine floors above ground comprised of medical suites, operating theatres and post-operative wards among other areas. Choice Projects delivered on the interior fitout of this project, which included partitions, ceilings and doors.

Silver & Young Chartered Accountants

Silver and Young Chartered Accountants required a complete refurbishment of their new office premises, comprising of office rooms, kitchenette, meeting room and reception area. With a modern design and meticulous attention to detail, Choice Projects delivered on a high quality fitout covering partitions, ceilings, lighting and custom joinery which extended to cabinets and the main reception desk.

Holcim

Holcim is a leading supplier of aggregates and concrete products that required their new commercial premises to have a professional and modern appeal. Choice Projects carried out all works in relation to the office fitout, comprising of ceilings, partitions, doors and all custom joinery associated.

University of Western Sydney (UWS)

The UWS project comprised a complete refurbishment of the new climate change research project to bring about new life to an existing 1930s two-storey brick building. Blackbutt timber linings and details were selected for a contemporary finish whilst also maintaining the integrity of the original building. Choice Projects handled the interior fitout of the partitions, ceilings and doors.

Bondi Units

This complex of apartment units within Bondi required a complete interior refurbishment to give the premises an uplifting look and feel. Choice Projects were engaged to carry out all works in relation to installing a brand new kitchen and bathroom, timber floors and all custom joinery specified. The overall fit and finish was executed with great detail.
